-We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
-Visa and Master card (AED) will be accepted for payment.
-Customer using the website who are Minor/under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
-cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records and the company policies and rules.
-user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
LEVELUK MIDDLE EAST FZE hereinafter “The Company,” is a direct selling company marketing health products and other consumer products and services to the consumer through independent distributors. The policies and procedures herein are applicable to all independent distributors of The Company. Further, the published Enagic Distributor Handbook, as amended and published from time to time, is incorporated as a part of these policies and procedures, as well as the Enagic Distributor Agreement.
The Company collects information from independent distributors during the application procedure and from time to time as required for internal purposes such as compliance with Dubai & UAE (United Arab Emirates) laws and regulations. The Company also collects information through the use of “cookies” when on-line transactions are conducted through the Company’s website. The information collected may be used for, among other things, personalizing the independent distributor’s experience, improving the Company’s website and service, processing transactions, sending periodic correspondence and administering marketing initiatives. The Company implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of the information collected.
The Company does not sell or trade the information collected. The Company only shares information as permitted or required by law and with third-party vendors for our everyday business purposes such as merchant card processing companies. Outside of these parameters, the Company will only share your information with your permission.
All credit/debit card’s details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
- The company will not pass any debit/ credit card details to third parties.
- The company takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies, however, leveluk.ae cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.
- The company is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.
- The website policies and terms & conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the customers` are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
Delivery Policy – Products
-After payment is confirmed, the purchased product will be collected by courier.
-For international shipment, it takes 7-10 working for the machine to be delivered to the customer.
-Delivery fees depend on the country of collecting the machine, the delivery fees are visible in the application form. please check the application form to check your area shipping fees. ( & International Average fees is around 400-600AED)
-When the payment is done customer will receive a payment confirmation mail within 24 hours.
A full refund will be granted only if a product purchase has been made directly from the company within 14 calendar days from the date it was purchased.
Leveluk Middle East FZE’s will refund the total amount after excluding the shipping cost. Cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount of refund.
Should the purchaser wish to proceed with the refund, he/she is required to send a request via e-mail to the company Customer Service Executive email@example.com. For a “Sale Cancellation Form” complete and signed with subject line of request cancellation including the date of the order and purchaser’s name. (e.g. Request Cancellation 01/01/2017 JOHN SMITH)
Machine returns must be NEW & UNUSED and in the original packing and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charge, it is the buyer’s responsibility to return the product safety and securely. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
New and unused means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal use, misuse or negligence. we do not accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Machine is considered used once the protective seal has been altered, removed and nullified by opening the box.
Once payment is confirmed, Cancellation is not permitted. Customer can only proceed on refund process.
