Office Closure – 13th February 2021
Dear valued Distributors/ Customers,
We regret to inform you that we had a positive Coronavirus (Covid-19) case in our office. Anyone who had a direct contact with Customer service staff, kindly take necessary precautions as per the Dubai Health Authority issued guidelines.
Please be assured that we are taking required measures for office disinfection and sanitization to ensure the health and safety of everyone, as it is our top priority. Therefore, we will be completely closed from 13th until 23rd February 2021.
However, please note that we will be available to assist you through email and phone +971 54 792 8425. (any inquiry will take 1 to 2 days to be replied, your patience/ acknowledgement is highly appreciated).
Also, Machine and Accessories collection will be available on Thursday – 18th February 2021 (12 – 3 PM with prior appointments ONLY). Payment mode accepted – PayTabs ink ONLY (if customer wants to convert into instalment, please call bank).
Please be informed that the machine storage will not be charged during this period.
